Litigation Associate Appellate Experience
Established small New York City litigation firm seeks a New York mid-level attorney with approximately 3 – 5 years of experience for its Appellate Law practice group. The candidate must have strong research, writing, and speaking skills, and have proven experience in writing appeals, writing substantive motions, and arguing in the State Courts and the Appellate Division. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment alongside well-respected, experienced appellate attorneys. Salary is competitive and commensurate with experience.
