Biography

GREG FREEDMAN is an attorney in Pollack, Pollack, Isaac & DeCicco, LLP’s appellate litigation department.  Mr. Freedman graduated from Brandeis University in 2006 and from Brooklyn Law School in 2009.  He has spent a large portion of his career focusing on appellate and dispositive motion practice, with experience in New York’s Labor Law statute, premises liability, construction defect litigation, and commercial litigation. Mr. Freedman has also worked extensively in the intellectual property field, where he represented businesses of all sizes in litigation involving trademark infringement, copyright infringement and rights of publicity.
Mr. Freedman’s practice at Pollack, Pollack, Isaac & DeCicco, LLP is devoted to drafting appeals and substantive motions on behalf of plaintiffs in the Appellate Division and trial courts of New York. He is admitted to practice in the State of New York, the State of Florida, and the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
