TN visa provides for the temporary entry of Canadian and Mexican citizens into the U.S., U.S and Mexican citizens into Canada, and U.S. and Canadian citizens into Mexico. The individual must be coming to pursue one of the professions listed in the NAFTA Agreement, and must possess the necessary credential to be considered a professional in that field.
