E-3 VISA Specialty Occupation Australian nationals who have a legitimate offer to work in the U.S. under a specialty occupation. The applicant ust have the necessary academic or other qualifying credentials. According to the INA (Immigration and Nationality Act), specialty occupations are those which require the theoretical and practical application of a body of highly specialized knowledge along with a minimum of a bachelor's degree or its equivalent from an accredited institution. The specialty occupations include engineering, mathematics, architecture, social sciences, medicine and health, physical sciences, education, law, theology, business specialties, accounting and the arts. The applicant must have the necessary academic or other qualifying credentials.
